In the unlikely event that your item is lost by the Post Office we will help to locate the item. We will use the tracking number to verify that the item was in fact lost. Once we check and the item is confirm "lost" we will determine if it is necessary to begin making a replacement item. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing, then allow standard shipping time.
